Now try to connect again and see if it works. After a few seconds again right-click on it and select Enable. You will see that one of the local area connections will have an under name TAP-Windows Adapter. To do so, open Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Click on Change Adapter Settings to open Network Connections.
